Victoria Cuthbert

Victoria Cuthbert currently serves as the Chief Product Supply Chain Officer for Personal Care at Unilever since August 2018, leading the global supply chain for a €14 billion portfolio. Prior roles include Executive Vice President for Beauty and Personal Care Supply Chain and various vice president positions at Coty, as well as a tenure at Procter & Gamble, where multiple leadership roles spanned from Global Prestige Market Supply Chain Leader to Plant Logistics Leader. Victoria began the professional journey as an Industrial Engineer at Molins Tobacco Machinery and gained experience through project roles at MeadWestvaco and Capital One during academic studies. Victoria holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a CDipAF in Management Accounting from ACCA. Academic achievements also include A Levels in Mathematics, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Aylesbury High School.
