Guillaume Vereecke is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in finance management and strategic projects. Currently serving as Finance Director at Unilin Insulation since March 2022, Guillaume previously held the position of Finance Manager at Xtratherm from August 2020 to February 2022 after transitioning from Unilin to lead finance operations. With a tenure of over 11 years at Unilin, Guillaume undertook various roles, including Business Controller, International Finance Manager, and Finance Manager for Strategic Projects, contributing to significant initiatives such as five SAP implementations, facilitating three acquisitions, and guiding startups in Russia and China. Guillaume holds a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from KU Leuven and completed secondary education at Klein Seminarie Roeselare.
