Igor Rusinowski

Igor Rusinowski has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial industries. Igor is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer at Unilink S.A., the largest insurance distribution company in Central and Eastern European Region. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Unilink Group and played a crucial role in its acquisition by Acrisure. Before joining Unilink, Igor worked as the Sales Director and Board Member at LINK4, where they led the transformation of the company into a multichannel and multiproduct insurance company. Igor also served as the Central&Eastern Europe Strategy and Business Development Director at RSA, managing operations in multiple countries. Igor started their career as a Co-founder and co-owner of Prego Finance, an aggregator of financial products. Igor also worked as a Senior Manager at McKinsey&Company and a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Igor Rusinowski pursued their education in a chronological manner. Igor began in 1994 and completed their Masters degree in Finance and Banking at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 1998. Later, in 2002, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained their MBA degree with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, and Finance in 2004.
