Karol Waszkowski

Karol Waszkowski's work experience includes serving as the Head of PMO and Manager of Project Initiatives at Unilink S.A., where they managed project portfolios, ensured the efficiency of initiatives, and collaborated with the management team. Karol also worked as a Project Manager at Bank Pocztowy S.A., where they managed various IT projects. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Strategic Initiatives at TUZ Ubezpieczenia and a Project Manager at TELIT Management Sp. z o.o., where they oversaw a multimillion zloty project and managed a team of IT developers and analysts. Karol Waszkowski also gained experience as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator at Allianz Poland Group and as a specialist at PZU in the Department of damages analysis and fraud.

Karol Waszkowski started their education in 1996 and completed it in 2001 at Nicolaus Copernicus University. Karol earned a Master of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration. In 2003, they attended the Doctoral Seminar in civil law and insurance law at Instytut Nauk Prawnych Polskiej Akademii Nauk from where they completed their studies in 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Karol obtained further certifications in their professional career. In December 2013, they obtained a certification in Business Process Model and Notation from Altkom Akademia. Furthermore, in March 2011, they obtained a certification in Operational Excellence Project Management from Allianz Group.
