Mateusz Borowiecki

Mateusz Borowiecki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mateusz started their career as a Credit Advisor at Citibank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. in 2004. Mateusz then worked as a Training Specialist at Citibank Handlowy S.A. w Warszawie and Deutsche Bank PBC S.A. from 2005 to 2011. After that, they worked at BZK Group Sp. z o. o. as a Training and Development Manager/HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2014. Mateusz then joined ING Bank Śląski as an HR Senior Specialist and later became the Employee Experience Team Manager from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Lekcje Psychologii KOI as an Educational Projects Consultant/Trainer/Coach. Currently, they are working at Unilink S.A. as an HR Manager and will soon transition to the role of Human Resources Director in 2023.

Mateusz Borowiecki earned a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej w Warszawie, graduating in 2003. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in The Success Case Method from BTS in May 2016 and became a Certified Coach ICC through the International Coaching Community in 2015.
