James Skingsley-Ross has extensive experience in software development and consultancy, currently serving as a Development Consultant at Unilink since March 2020. Prior to this role, James held positions at L3Harris Commercial Aviation as a Senior Software Engineer and at Civica as a Senior Software Developer. James also contributed to the software engineering field at L3 Link Simulation & Training and ALD Automotive as an Application Developer. Additionally, James worked as a Personal Trainer at Fitness Toolbox, providing guidance and encouragement to clients of varying fitness levels. Earlier experience includes a Development Manager role at Innogistic Software plc, where James led the delivery of software solutions for local government and emergency services, introduced Agile practices, and focused on improving code quality. James holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Ancient History from the University of Bristol.
