James Skingsley-Ross

James Skingsley-Ross has extensive experience in software development and consultancy, currently serving as a Development Consultant at Unilink since March 2020. Prior to this role, James held positions at L3Harris Commercial Aviation as a Senior Software Engineer and at Civica as a Senior Software Developer. James also contributed to the software engineering field at L3 Link Simulation & Training and ALD Automotive as an Application Developer. Additionally, James worked as a Personal Trainer at Fitness Toolbox, providing guidance and encouragement to clients of varying fitness levels. Earlier experience includes a Development Manager role at Innogistic Software plc, where James led the delivery of software solutions for local government and emergency services, introduced Agile practices, and focused on improving code quality.
