Prab Mangat

Prab Mangat currently serves as Finance Director for ULD Solutions & Digital at Unilode Aviation Solutions since February 2024. Previously, Mangat held multiple finance director roles at Groupon from September 2018 to March 2023, overseeing significant business units with combined turnovers of approximately $300 million and managing teams of finance professionals. Prior experiences include positions as Interim FP&A Lead at Kao Corporation, Head of International Finance at Mothercare with full P&L responsibility for a $700 million business, and leading finance teams across various regions. Mangat's career also includes roles at BURTON'S FOODS LIMITED and Brighthouse, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Nottingham Trent University and CIMA qualifications.
