Jennifer Wilburn

Jennifer Wilburn has extensive work experience in the software industry. Jennifer is currently the Director of Implementations and Account Management at Unilog, a position they have held since November 2021.

Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked at QAD for over two decades in various management and technical positions. From September 2019 to November 2021, they served as the Senior Manager of Service Delivery Application North America, where they managed multiple teams responsible for supporting QAD software applications. Before that, from March 2019 to September 2019, they held the role of Service Delivery Manager, responsible for managing a technical staff and ensuring service level agreements were met for cloud-based software solutions.

Earlier in their career at QAD, Jennifer worked as a Technical Team Leader, Technical Consultant, Support Consultant, and Application Specialist. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included investigating customer problems, debugging code, performing code reviews, and developing test plans.

Jennifer's work experience also includes roles at Prophet 21 Inc., where they worked as a Programmer Analyst, Data Conversion Manager, and Senior Software Support Representative. In these roles, they managed a programming department, assisted customers with system setup and support, and provided on-site training.

Jennifer Wilburn attended Archbishop Wood from 1984 to 1988. Jennifer then went on to study Finance, General at La Salle University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from 1988 to 1992.
