Santhosh S Damle

Santhosh S Damle has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Santhosh S is currently working as an Associate Director for Product Engineering at Unilog since June 2021. Previously, they served as a Program Manager at L&T Technology Services Limited from December 2020 to June 2021.

Before that, Santhosh worked at Unilog as a Program Delivery Manager from February 2018 to November 2020. Santhosh S also held the position of Project Manager at Aris Global Software Private Limited in Bangalore from January 2017 to February 2018.

Prior to that, they worked at Software Paradigms Infotech Pvt Ltd as a Project Manager from June 2010 to January 2017. Santhosh S'searlier experiences include serving as a Project Lead at Tesco Bengaluru from July 2008 to June 2010, and as a Programmer Analyst at Infosys from January 2006 to June 2008.

Santhosh's career started at IBM India Private Limited as an Application Programmer from July 2005 to December 2005. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Software Paradigms Infotech Pvt Ltd from May 2003 to June 2005, and as an Associate Technical Consultant at Temenos from November 2001 to May 2003.

Santhosh S Damle holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mysore, obtained between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to Scrum, including Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org, in September 2022, and Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in September 2016.
