Chief Customer Officer at Unily

Tom French has a wealth of experience in various roles within different companies. Starting in 2008 at Gallagher SHILLING as a Communication Designer, they later transitioned to an Associate Client Director role. Their responsibilities involved consulting with clients on communication strategies. Tom then moved to theblueballroom ltd as an Account Director and later to OCS Group UK as a Global Channels and Communications Manager. In 2017, they joined Unily, where they held positions such as Senior Consultant, Head of Customer Community, Head of Product Marketing, and currently serves as Chief Customer Officer. Their experience demonstrates a strong background in customer engagement, product marketing, and leadership roles.

Tom French completed their BA in Transport Design from The University of Huddersfield in 2007.
