Akhil Pious

Akhil Pious has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Akhil started their career in 2008 as an Audit Senior at KPMG Ireland and worked there until 2012. Following that, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Personal Banking Manager from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Akhil Pious began working at Mazars UK as an Audit Senior and transitioned to Orchard Care Homes as a Management Accountant in 2014. Akhil later became a Financial Controller at Orchard Care Homes in 2016 before joining Sanden International as the European Finance Manager from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Akhil Pious joined Growth Engineering Ltd as a Financial Controller and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are employed at UNIMED - Universal Marine Medical where they initially held the position of Financial Controller (EMEA) from 2019 to 2021. Akhil then became the European Finance Director from 2021 to 2022 and is currently serving as the Director of Finance & Business Process Development.
