Patricia Kercher

Patricia Kercher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Unimed Nordeste RS since April 2012, Patricia specializes in requirement gathering, project management, process mapping, and the implementation of new systems and functionalities. Previous roles include Systems Analyst at Lojas Colombo S/A, where responsibilities involved information systems development using Oracle and PL/SQL, and English teacher at Yázigi Internexus and American Visa - Escola de Idiomas. Patricia holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade Tecnológica de Capacitação – FTEC, an MBA in Information Technology Management from Faculdade Unimed, and a Technologist degree in Data Processing from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul.
