Youness ZGANDAOUI is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Responsable management qualité at Unimer Group since September 2022. Previously, Youness held the position of Responsable qualité at Société sardinère marocaine from January 2020 to January 2022, overseeing BRCGS FOOD and IFS FOOD certifications and updating HACCP plans. Prior experience includes an internship focused on implementing IFS FOOD standards at Les conserves de Meknès - Aicha and roles in stock management and hygiene safety at HIBAGRICOLE and CAPEP, respectively. Youness ZGANDAOUI holds a Master’s degree in specialized Nutrition, Food Safety, and Quality Management from Université Ibn Tofail, along with a foundational degree in Applied Microbiology and Molecular Cell Biology and a Baccalauréat in Earth and Life Sciences.
