Cynthia Lee

Cynthia Lee is a Digital Transformation Project Lead for HR at Unimicron, with a focus on HR digitalization and transformation projects since October 2022. Prior roles at Unimicron included leading the HR Headquarters, KM, and RPA projects, and working as a recruiter. Previously, Cynthia served as a Project Assistant and Research Assistant at the College of Management, Yuan Ze University, contributing to research and improving project quality. Early experience with AIESEC involved training future trainers and developing HR strategies. Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Leadership & Human Resource Management and Retail Management, both from Yuan-Ze University.
