Ahmed Abdelghany, MBA, DBA, currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at Unimix Egypt, where responsibilities include minimizing waste and maximizing organizational value through continuous improvement methodologies, automation system management, and integration of BP systems and SAP. Previously, Dr. Ahmed held roles such as Automation Manager and Plant Manager, focusing on operational growth, maintenance efficiency, and staff development in projects including the monorail and commercial sites. With extensive experience in maintenance management and process development in the ready-mix concrete sector at Titan Cement Egypt and LafargeHolcim, Dr. Ahmed is also academically accomplished, holding multiple degrees, including a DBA and an MBA, alongside expertise in business and data analysis.

Our operations network produces, distributes, and markets cement, ready mix concrete , aggregates, and related building materials in all over Egypt to different sectors including: Construction companies, Developers, Governmental bodies, and the Army Sector.
