Jos Babu

Jos Babu has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. From 2019 to present, they serve as the VP & Chief Technology Officer at Unimoni, where they manage the entire IT infrastructure, ERP software solution, and leads new initiative development and research. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2019, they held the position of CIO & Vice President at UAE Exchange India. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in software application development, managing IT infrastructure, and information security.

Jos Babu has a diverse education history in the field of information technology and project management. JOS obtained a Certified Scrum Master degree from CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER between 2023 and 2025. Prior to that, they completed an Agile Scrum Master degree from agile42 between 2018 and 2022. In terms of formal education, Jos completed their MBA in Information Technology from the Indian School of Business in 2013 and a Business Analyst degree from TAPAI management institution in 2010. JOS also has a degree in System and Database administration from SYBASE in 2008. Jos holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree specializing in Computer applications from Sacred heart college between 1995 and 1998. Lastly, they completed their ICSE high school certificate from Seventh day Adventist higher secondary school, kaloor between 1989 and 1993. Jos has additional certifications, including Certified SAFe Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance obtained in February 2023 and several certifications related to Agile Scrum and System and Database Administration.
