Shalini Gupta

Shalini Gupta has extensive experience in Human Resources, having held positions at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital from 2017 to 2023, including roles as Junior Executive Human Resources and later as a Junior Executive Human Resources focusing on orientation and induction processes. Shalini has developed a strong understanding of internal and external HR policies, procedures, and compliance while effectively responding to employee queries. Most recently, Shalini served as a Human Resources Executive at Mayansh Resources Pvt Ltd from September 2022 to June 2023. Shalini holds a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Ambedkar University, Delhi, earned between 2014 and 2016.
