Sheila Hankins

Sheila Hankins serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Unio Health Partners since June 2025 and is also the Owner of RCM Prosperity Group, LLC, established in March 2021. With extensive experience in revenue cycle management, Sheila previously held leadership roles at Gastro Care Partners and Platinum Dermatology Partners, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive RCM operations across multiple states and overseeing significant revenue operations. Sheila's capabilities encompass system builds, integrations, process evaluations, and operational gains, among other competencies. Educationally, Sheila holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
