Marlon Dejadina

Marlon Dejadina has extensive experience in various roles within the petroleum industry. Marlon started their career at Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. in 2005 as a Project Development Engineer and worked there until 2013. Marlon then joined Shell Companies in the Philippines as a Project Manager from 2013 until 2016. In 2017, they joined Shell as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing capital expenditure projects in 14 terminals and overseeing major projects in Hong Kong and the Philippines with a total investment of over US$ 80 million. Marlon later became the Engineering Head at UNIOIL PETROLEUM PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED in September 2017.

Marlon Dejadina earned their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Management (under thesis) from the University of the Philippines, attending from 2003 to 2005.
