Paolo Ricco Gauma

Paolo Ricco Gauma is an emerging professional with experience in various leadership and management roles. Currently serving as a Lead Management Trainee with UnionBank of the Philippines, Paolo also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and founding member at Alamat UP, where responsibilities included representing the organization in the Shell Eco-marathon Pitch the Future 2020. Additional experience encompasses working as a Public Relations Account Manager at Wyvern Innovations and involvement with UP Gears and Pinions as a member. Paolo is active in the UP Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity, taking on roles such as Publicity Committee Manager, Liaison to the Chancery for the Alumni Association, and Arts and Sciences Deputy Chancellor. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Philippines Diliman, Paolo has been contributing to both academic and extracurricular endeavors since July 2021.
