Eric Leslie

Founder & Lead Organizer at Union Capital Boston

Eric Leslie is the founder and lead organizer of Union Capital Boston. Prior to that, they were a school leader at KIPP Philadelphia Schools, a teacher at the School District of Philadelphia, and a national recruitment fellow for Teach For America. In 2013, they managed a campaign to re-elect Mervan Osborne to the Cambridge School Committee. Eric began their organizing career with the Industrial Areas Foundation in 2002.

Eric Leslie has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from National-Louis University, and a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Joseph's University. Eric also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Johns Hopkins University and a High School Diploma from Buckingham Browne & Nichols School.
