Rich Schneider

Rich Schneider is currently an advisor at Union Capital Boston. Rich has previous experience working at Harvard Business School, Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and Deloitte Consulting.

At Deloitte Consulting, Rich Schneider was a partner for 25 years. Rich focused on corporate strategy consulting for senior executives and boards of Fortune 100 companies. Rich also led the strategy practice and MBA recruiting for 5 years each.

Before Deloitte Consulting, Rich Schneider was a partner at Braxton Associates. Rich was part of the founding group of professionals who started the company. At Braxton Associates, they worked on major engagements in industrial and consumer products industries on corporate and business unit strategy issues in the US and the UK. Rich helped establish the Braxton practice in Europe for 3 years.

Rich Schneider attended Cornell University for their BS in Chemical Engineering and then went on to Harvard Business School for their MBA in Management.
