Jennifer Koppel is an experienced leader in the healthcare and homelessness sectors, currently serving as the Director of Medical Services at Union Community Care since November 2024. Koppel holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, appointed by the Governor of Pennsylvania. Previously, Koppel was the Strategy Lead for Community Impact at Community Solutions, Inc., focusing on systemic approaches to reducing homelessness. Earlier roles include managing the Vulnerable Populations Programs at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health and serving as Executive Director of the Lanc Co MyHome - Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition. Koppel's career also includes significant administrative experience as the Deputy Director in the County of Lancaster. Koppel holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

Union Community Care has purposefully connected with our communities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, we set out on the long journey of supporting patients recovering from COVID-19, vaccinating the hard-to-reach and vulnerable among us, and helping families and communities heal emotionally and physically. We understand and embrace the complex lives and unique strengths of our patients, and we work hard to break down all barriers to care. This means we look through a grassroots lens. We go right into our community because we are our community. We are all a neighbor, a friend, a family member, and collectively, a trusted health home.
