Eric Phillips serves as the CEO of the Union County Chamber of Commerce and has held the dual role of Economic Development Director and Chamber CEO since 2001. With a strong educational background, Eric Phillips earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration and City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muskingum University. Eric Phillips has over two decades of experience in economic development and chamber leadership, contributing significantly to the growth and development of Union County, Ohio.
