Union County Schools
Audrey Gilliam is an experienced educator currently serving as a First Grade Teacher at Union County Schools since March 2019, where a focus is placed on fostering student engagement in literature, mathematics, and science. Prior to this role, Audrey worked as a Health Teacher at Union County Primary School, developing culturally relevant curricula based on Georgia Standards of Excellence, and as a Pre-K Teacher, promoting independent learning. Additional experience includes serving as Director for Goodies From The Heart Inc., which supports food programs for students, and various teaching positions across preschool and primary levels. Audrey holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Young Harris College.
