General engineer (INA PG 1989, ENGREF 1993) was head of the planning service of the Departmental Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry (DDA) of Essonne in 1995, assistant to the head of the European Affairs Office at the Directorate of budget at the Ministry of Finance in 1999, head of the pollution control office at the Ministry of Ecology in 2001. Technical adviser to the Secretary of State for regional planning in 2004, he became technical adviser in 2005 to the Minister of Ecology. In 2007, he was appointed agricultural adviser to the French Embassy in the United Kingdom. Île-de-France Territorial Director of the Water Agency Seine-Normandie in 2011, he then became deputy director of DREAL Midi-Pyrénées then Occitanie from 2013 to 2020, before joining the Center for Studies and Expertise on Risks, the Environment, Mobility and Development (CEREMA) as “Occitanie” territorial delegate.
