François Bouchard

General engineer exceptional class (X 1975, ENPC 1980) began his career within the Departmental Equipment Directorates (DDE) of Loiret, Val de Marne and Haute-Loire. In 1993, he was appointed adviser to the cabinet of the Minister of Equipment, Transport and Tourism, then took over the functions of Director General of the EPA of the new town of Cergy-Pontoise. In 1998, he became regional and departmental director of equipment (DRDE) for Alsace and Bas-Rhin, then general director of the services of the City and the Urban Community of Strasbourg in 2003. Two years later, he was appointed Director General of Services for the Alsace Region and in 2016, Director General of Services for the Grand Est Region. Director General of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of the Grand Est in 2018, he is a consultant since 2020.
