Janie Morency/Crha

Janie Morency, CRHA, is an experienced professional in human resources and employment consulting, currently serving as a Conseillère en emploi et en ressources humaines at L’Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA) since November 2023. Previous roles include teaching English at PRIMOK and various positions focused on human resources and workplace safety at GIT Services-conseils en emploi, Les Distributions Alimentaires Roy, and Canam, among others. Janie holds a Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées in Prevention and Management of Health and Safety at Work from Université Laval, where Janie also earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations. Additional training includes coursework in health and safety for construction sites from the Commission scolaire Beauce-Etchemin and a recent attendance at Montanita Spanish School.
