Martha Toscano

Martha Toscano is a professional with extensive experience in human resources, production management, and military service. Currently serving as a Manager and Reservist with the Canadian Armed Forces since May 2017, Martha is adept at utilizing Microsoft Office and specialized military software, demonstrating adaptability in both office and field environments. Additionally, since March 2020, Martha has held the position of Recruitment and Placement Technician at the Union des producteurs agricoles. Previous roles include overseeing production at MTY Food Group from July 2012 to February 2015, where Martha focused on resource planning and ensuring safety and quality standards, as well as managing human resources at Ile d'emploi, which sparked a desire to further studies in business management and human resources. Martha holds a Bachelor's degree in management with a concentration in human resources from HEC Montréal and a higher technician diploma in tourism from Universidad de Guadalajara.
