Thomas Moore

Thomas Moore serves as the Corporate Director of Maintenance for all US Plants at Union Electric Steel since September 2018, overseeing predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance for a steel manufacturing facility. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Executive Manager and Command Master Chief at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, contributing to the integration of healthcare services for Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs beneficiaries. Experience also includes serving as Executive Manager and Command Master Chief aboard the USS Makin Island and USS Chancellorsville, managing operations and personnel welfare for over 1,000 individuals. Additionally, Thomas spent over 22 years in the US Navy, holding various leadership roles, including Compliance Team Leader and Master Chief in the Reactor Department, focusing on safety and operational training across six aircraft carriers, along with supervising naval nuclear propulsion plants.
