Joel Pagcaliwagan, CPM, RME, is an experienced commissioning engineer currently employed at Union Engineering a/s since February 2008. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions at Saudi Industrial Project Co. from December 1999 to February 2008, including CO2 Plant Supervisor and CO2 Plant Operator/Technician. Joel began their career at Air Liquide Philippines as a CO2 Plant Operator from June 1997 to December 1999. Joel holds a Bachelor of Industrial Technology degree from Batangas State University.
