Tufail Kasbati is an FCMA with a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Tufail began their career in 2001 as an Accountant at Al-Karam Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. Tufail then moved on to work as an Assistant Manager Finance at Freight Systems Co Limited (LLC) from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they served as the Manager Finance at Pakola Products Limited from 2005 to 2007. Tufail then joined Soorty Enterprises as the Manager Costing and Budgeting for a year from 2007 to 2008. Tufail currently holds the position of CFO & Company Secretary at Union Fabrics Pvt. Ltd from 2008.

Tufail Kasbati completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karachi University in 1998. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) from 1999 to 2004, obtaining an FCMA degree in Management Accounting.
