Union Financiere de France Banque SA (UFF) is a France-based company primarily engaged in the distribution of asset management products. The Company offers a range of products, including investment funds, life insurance and real estate funds. It also provides banking services related to the custody and sale of real estate and financial products, advice and assistance with wealth management and financial management, and various financial operations on monetary and financial markets in France and abroad. The Company controls: Ufifrance Patrimoine SAS, which is responsible for marketing of financial products and monitoring customer satisfaction; Ufifrance Gestion SAS, an insurance broker; Segesfi SA, which manages the Company's real estate-related activities, Newton Gestion Luxembourg SA, a support and consulting company also based in Luxembourg, among others. As of December 31, 2013, the Company is 74.3%-owned by Aviva France.
