Cathy M Rolland has been with the Union for Reform Judaism since September 2007, currently serving as Vice President. Previously, Cathy M was the Senior Director at Temple Har Shalom for over a decade. Cathy holds a MA in Educational Leadership from Hebrew Union College, a Graduate certificate in Jewish Early Childhood Education from Gratz College, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Cathy M is also the inaugural president of ECE-RJ, an affiliate of the URJ.
