Ilana Picker

Ilana Picker is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director at the Union for Reform Judaism since May 2016, with prior roles including Assistant Director for Teen Immersive Israel Programs and Registrar and Communications Coordinator for Teen Travel Programs. Previously, Ilana worked as a Project Associate at the Legacy Heritage Fund, handling grant reports, website content, and communications. Earlier experience includes an internship at Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, focusing on member record updates and content creation.
