Leah King Kaufman currently serves as the Director of Integrated Program Strategy and Business Operations at the Union for Reform Judaism, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Leah was the Program Manager for Leading Places to Work at Leading Edge from May 2022 to October 2023 and held various positions within the Union for Reform Judaism from May 2013 to May 2022, including Assistant Director of Network Expansion/Congregational Engagement and Leadership Experiences, Manager of Emerging Networks, Manager of Leadership Institute, and Senior Regional Director of Youth Engagement for the Northeast. Earlier experience includes serving as an Educator and Foundation for Jewish Camp Fellow at Temple Beth Shalom in Needham, MA, from September 2011 to June 2013. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from McGill University (2005-2009) and a Master of Religious Education from Hebrew Union College (2016-2018).
