Luke Cirillo

Luke Cirillo is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Development Officer at Union Gospel Mission of Portland since January 2024, Luke also operates as a Nonprofit Coach and Consultant with Firelight Consulting, focusing on enhancing clarity and effectiveness in mission-driven organizations. Prior to these roles, Luke held several key positions at First Image, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Executive Director of Development, and Program Director for the Reality Project. Educational achievements include an MBA in Non-Profit Management from the University of Portland and a BA in Bible, Theology, Pastoral Ministries, and Greek from Multnomah University.
