McKenzie Gale is an experienced Nurse Practitioner currently working at Union Gospel Mission since January 2020. Previously, McKenzie served as a Doctor of Nursing Practice Family Nurse Practitioner at CDA Primary Care and Post Falls Family Medicine. McKenzie completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Washington State University Graduate School, where also studied as a Family Nurse Practitioner student. Early career experience includes roles as a Family Practice Registered Nurse and as a Not On Tobacco Facilitator with the American Lung Association, educating high school students about tobacco cessation. McKenzie began nursing education at Washington State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and holds an Honors Diploma from Cedar Park Christian High School.

Partnering with the Inland Northwest to reach the poor with the love and power of the gospel so they may become God-dependent, contributing members of society. What began as a downtown soup kitchen in 1951 has expanded into a comprehensive ministry with four shelters, three recovery programs, two thrift stores, an automotive enterprise and a summer camp for underprivileged youth.
