Valdete Lane

Valdete Lane currently serves as a Life Recovery Counselor at Union Gospel Mission, providing counseling and client management services. Lane has an extensive background in sales and coaching, previously holding the position of Sales Director at Century Park Associates and Clearwater Living, as well as serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Windchime of Marin, which specializes in memory care for dementia patients. As the Founder of Fired Up Coaching, Lane focused on life transformation through coaching from 2000 to 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Birch Worldwide and as a Project Coordinator at Stupski Foundation, managing a significant portfolio budget. Valdete Lane holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
