Chrishawna Cunningham

Chrishawna Cunningham, PHR®, CDE®, is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Union Home Mortgage Corp. since December 2016, where responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance the recruitment, retention, and promotion of diverse partners, as well as managing relationships with diversity-focused organizations. Prior to this role, Chrishawna served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, HR Team Lead, and HR Coordinator at Airgas from 2011 to 2016, focusing on employee processes and team support. Earlier experience includes HR Specialist and HR Administrator roles, managing staffing and employee changes for Linde Gas and Airgas. Chrishawna holds a B.A. in Transportation & Logistics and Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
