Michelle Twum-Danso

Michelle Twum-Danso, DBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Union Hospital of Cecil County, a position held since September 2002. In this role, Michelle provides strategic direction for the human resources department and manages daily operations, focusing on physician recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Previously, Michelle held positions as Director of Human Resources/Physician Recruiter and HR Manager, overseeing HR administrative staff, HRIS, nurse recruitment, and employee health initiatives while addressing employee relations and unemployment hearings. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiting Assistant at Comcast Cable. Michelle holds a graduate degree in Human Resources from Widener University, earned between 2001 and 2002.
