David Portillo

David Portillo has over nine years of experience in the hospitality industry. Since February 2014, David has worked at Union Jack's British Pub as both a bartender and server. Additionally, David has served as the manager at Tapp'd Bethesda since March 2019. David completed high school education at Northwestern High School.
