Carly Smith

Carly Smith is an experienced catering sales manager currently serving at the Union League Club of Chicago since April 2023. Prior to this role, Carly held various positions at Troon from May 2010 to March 2023, including assistant director of food and beverage, food and beverage manager, restaurant manager, dining room manager, and server/intern. Carly began the professional journey at Stonehenge Golf & Country Club as front of house staff from September 2008 to May 2010. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on marketing and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (2010-2012) and earlier studies at Missouri Valley College (2008-2010) and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2003-2004), complemented by a general education degree from Preble High School (1999-2003).
