Ken Severin

Ken Severin is an accomplished catering professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Catering at the Union League Club of Chicago since February 2016, Ken has a strong background that includes managing wedding services as Division Manager for Blue Plate from January 2008 to February 2016 and directing catering operations at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from August 2001 to November 2007. Ken's educational qualifications include a BS Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Grand Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
