Ashley Jacques has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Business Analyst I and Training Coordinator at Union Mutual since August 2014, where also functions as Customer Support Function Lead. Prior roles include Education Director and GMA Magazine Editor for the Vermont Insurance Agents Association from December 2007 to July 2014, overseeing newsletter design and marketing resources. Ashley began a career in the insurance field at Vermont Mutual Insurance Group in the Billing Department from September 2005 to December 2007, gaining comprehensive knowledge of departmental operations while balancing work with academic commitments. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design & Graphic Communications from Lyndon State College, completed in 2005.
