Johnna Bond possesses extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. At Union Mutual, Johnna has held multiple roles since February 2015, including Special Events Coordinator, Agency Services Coordinator, IT Vendor and Operations Analyst, Operational Efficiency Analyst, Director of Underwriting Services, Team Manager of the Personal Lines Underwriting Service Team, and Business Analyst/Project Coordinator. Prior to this, Johnna worked at National Life Group from May 1986 to February 2015, serving as Sr. Manager of Contracting, Financial Analyst in Life and Annuity Finance, and Team Manager for the Defined Contribution Team. Johnna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Lyndon State College.
