Meghan Ogren

Meghan Ogren has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Meghan began their career as a Corps Member in AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps in 2004. Meghan then worked as an Intern at the Maine Department of Environmental Protection in 2009. In the same year, they also held roles as a Research Assistant and Contracts Teaching Assistant at the University of Maine School of Law. From 2010 to 2012, Meghan was a Legal Intern at the Office of the Maine Attorney General and the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 1. Meghan then served as a Law Clerk at the Maine Judicial Branch from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they became an Attorney at Ittenbach Johnson Koeller & Abrams, P.A. and later had their own practice as an Attorney at Meghan Ogren, Attorney in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they transitioned to Blackbaud as a Customer Support Analyst and Senior Customer Support Analyst. From 2016 to the present, they joined the Union of Concerned Scientists and held various positions including Database Training and Documentation Coordinator, Database Operations Coordinator, and currently serves as the Director of Database Operations.

Meghan Ogren graduated from Fordham University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the University of Maine School of Law and obtained a JD degree with a focus on Environmental Law.
