Program Directors

The Program Directors at the Union of Concerned Scientists oversee and coordinate efforts within their respective focus areas to develop and implement science-based solutions to critical global challenges. They lead strategic initiatives, manage projects, and collaborate with experts to address issues such as global security, food and environment sustainability, clean transportation, climate and energy, and democracy in science. Additionally, they drive campaigns and advocacy efforts to influence policy and public opinion in line with the organization's mission.
