Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis currently serves as the Senior Manager for the Employee Assistance Program, Peer Support, and Operation Red Block at Union Pacific Railroad, where responsibilities include promoting and ensuring the wellbeing of employees and their families. Previously, Jeff worked at The Kansas City Southern Railway Company as the Manager of Medical Services, Employee Assistance Program, and Leave Administration, overseeing workplace injuries and substance abuse recovery programs. Jeff also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Park University, teaching behavioral health and social work students. Earlier in the career, Jeff held positions as Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at New Directions Behavioral Health and worked in behavioral health at The Menninger Clinic. Jeff holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work with a focus on Human Behavior from Washburn University.
