Frédéric Gounon

Frédéric Gounon is the Managing Director at UNION PLASTIC, where they focus on innovative plastic solutions for the healthcare industry. They previously served as Managing Director at LABARONNE CITAF Group from 2011 to 2015, overseeing business development and market strategy both domestically and internationally. Gounon began their career as a Project Manager at GINGER CEBTP in 2000 and later worked as a Sales Manager at LABARONNE CITAF from 2001 to 2011, where they managed the export and sales department. They also held the position of Gerente General at CITAF CHILE Spa, further enhancing their expertise in commercial strategy and market expansion. Gounon is currently pursuing an MBA at EM Lyon and a DESS in Sciences de l'Environnement from Université de Picardie Amiens.
